1. Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items such as gift cards, downloadable software, and products marked as final sale cannot be returned.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition or have missing parts.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your product for the same item:
- Eligibility: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the defective or damaged item.
- Exchange Process: To request an exchange, email us with details of the issue. Once your request is approved, we will arrange the return and replacement of the item.
4. Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products and offer warranties on select items:
- Mechanical Keyboards, Gaming Chairs, and Gaming Consoles: These products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will repair or replace it at no additional charge.
- Mousepads and Other Accessories: These products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- Warranty Claims: To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at [email protected] with your proof of purchase and details of the defect. We will guide you through the process to resolve the issue.
5. Shipping for Returns and Exchanges
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Return Label: For exchanges or returns due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect products), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Original Packaging: Please ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging.
6. Refund/Return Exemptions
Items that are exempt from return and refund include:
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:
